How to add products to Socialscale?
Socialscale makes it easy to add products to your workspace so creators can discover, share, and promote them across social platforms. You can add products in multiple ways, depending on your setup and scale.
1. Add products by link
This is the fastest way to add individual products.
How it works
- Paste a product URL from your website or supported marketplace
- Socialscale automatically fetches key product data such as title, images, and pricing
- The product becomes available in your product library and creator workflows
Best for
- Adding a few products quickly
- Testing campaigns or onboarding new brands
2. Add products by CSV
CSV upload is ideal for bulk product imports.
How it works
- Upload a CSV file containing your product data (e.g. product name, URL, price, category)
- Socialscale processes the file and creates products in bulk
- You can update or re-upload CSVs to keep your catalog in sync

- Large product catalogs
- Regular product updates
- Brands managing multiple collections
Tip: Make sure your CSV follows Socialscale’s required format to avoid import errors.
3. Add products manually (coming soon)
Manual product creation will allow you to add and fully customize products directly inside Socialscale.

- Enter product details manually
- Upload images and descriptions
- Assign categories and tags

- Custom or exclusive products
- Products without a public URL
