Your daily content & ad performance check-in

A repeatable routine for reviewing what came in overnight, what's scoring well, and what needs attention — in about ten minutes.

Requires first

Auto-tracking and AI scoring don't remove the need for a human to look at the output — they just make that ten minutes actually useful instead of an hour of manual data-pulling. This is the routine worth turning into a habit once your channels are tracked and your AI Workforce is active.

Before you start

This assumes Auto-Track Your Social Channels is already set up and your AI Workforce agents are Active. If content isn't flowing in automatically yet, this routine will mostly be reviewing an empty feed.

Step 1: Scan what's new in Content Library

Sort by most recent and look at what came in since your last check. You're not reading every post — you're scanning scores. Anything with a notably low Brand Safety or Content Quality score is worth a second look before it goes further.

Step 2: Clear the Review queue

Content the Content Tagging Agent wasn't confident about lands in Review, not silently mis-tagged. This queue is usually small — clearing it daily keeps it that way, instead of letting a backlog build up that takes real time to work through later.

Pro tip

A Review queue that's consistently large is a signal, not just a chore — it usually means Product Center is missing products your creators keep mentioning. Fix the catalog gap and the queue shrinks on its own.

Step 3: Confirm the AI Workforce is actually running

A 30-second check on Settings → AI Workforce: is every agent you rely on still showing Active? An agent that got switched off — intentionally or not — won't error loudly, it'll just quietly stop producing scores and tags, which is much harder to notice later than it is to catch now.

Step 4: Compare organic and paid on your top content

For anything performing well organically, check whether it's also running as an ad. The Ad Agent attaches ROAS, CPC, and CTR directly onto the content record — so this is a single view, not a cross-reference between two dashboards. Strong organic content with no paid support is usually your best candidate for the next ad spend.

Note

Ad numbers refresh from your connected ad accounts, not instantly on your click — see How Content and Ad Performance Data Stays Up to Date if a number looks stale.

Step 5: Flag, don't just note

Whatever stood out — a hook score that's unusually high, a creator whose content is consistently underperforming — send it to whoever owns that relationship the same day. The value of a daily routine is catching things while they're still actionable, not compiling a monthly report of what already happened.

What this looks like at scale

As your creator roster and content volume grow, this same ten-minute routine still works — you're always scanning scores and exceptions, not reading everything. If it starts taking meaningfully longer than ten minutes, that's usually a sign to tighten your Review queue or revisit which creators are on auto-import.
