When a creator submits a video, nothing happens until you review it — including their payment. Here's the routine.
Steps
- Go to Campaigns — campaigns with videos waiting show an open tasks count in the list.
- Open the campaign's Tasks tab.
- Watch each video and click Approve or Decline.
What each button does
- Approve — the video counts toward the campaign total and the creator's payment is released automatically
- Decline — no payment; the creator can usually submit a new version
What happens next
Approved videos move to the Deliverables tab — your archive of everything the campaign produced, with a download button on each. See How to find content from a campaign.
Watch out
An ignored Tasks queue is the number one reason campaigns stall — creators keep submitting, but nothing counts and nobody gets paid until you review. Check it every day or two while a campaign runs.
