What campaigns are

A campaign is a brief plus a budget: you say what content you want and what you'll pay, creators join, and everything runs in one workspace.

A campaign in Socialscale is simple: you describe the content you want, set what you'll pay, and creators join and deliver. Everything — the brief, applications, submitted videos, and payments — lives in one campaign workspace.

The campaign types

  • UGC — creators make videos for you to use in ads or on your site
  • Social Media — creators post on their own channels
  • Product Clicks — creators drive traffic to a product
  • Storefront Impressions — creators promote their storefront

Pick the one matching what you actually want out of it: content to reuse, reach, traffic, or storefront sales.

Where the money comes from

Campaign payments come from your Marketing budget. Each campaign has its own budget cap, so it can't overspend. When you approve a creator's video, their payment is released automatically — see How creators get paid.

The campaign workspace

Open any campaign and you'll find:

  • Overview — spend, creators, and posts at a glance
  • Creators — who applied, who's working, who's done
  • Tasks — videos waiting for your approve/decline
  • Brief — the terms creators see
  • Deliverables — every submitted video, downloadable
