A UGC campaign pays creators to produce videos for you to use — in ads, on your site, wherever.

Steps

  1. Go to Campaigns and click Create collaboration.
  2. Choose where creators come from: your own creators, Socialscale's creator network, or Socialscale's managed services.
  3. Pick UGC as the type.
  4. Set the pay per video, how many videos you want, and the total budget.
  5. Write the brief: what to show, what to avoid, platform, format, and length.
  6. Choose whether anyone can join or you review applications first.
  7. Launch.

Before you launch

Check your Marketing budget in the top bar covers the campaign budget — that's where creator payments come from.

What happens next

Creators join and submit videos. Each submission lands in the campaign's Tasks tab for you to approve or decline — approving releases their payment automatically. See How to approve videos in a campaign.

Pro tip

You can edit the brief after launch, but creators who already joined agreed to the earlier version — message them about changes directly.
