How to approve creators automatically

Two switches decide whether new creators and their posts wait for you — flip them when reviewing every sign-up stops making sense.

By default, new creator sign-ups and new posts wait for your approval. Fine with ten creators, a bottleneck with a hundred. Two switches control it.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Creator Hub Approvals.
  2. Flip what you want automated:
    • Auto-approve creators — new sign-ups get an active storefront immediately
    • Auto-approve posts — new posts get tracked without a manual check

They're independent — most teams automate creator approval first and keep post approval manual a bit longer.

When to flip each

  • Creators: as soon as you're sharing your sign-up link widely — manually reviewing every sign-up stops scaling fast
  • Posts: once your brand guidelines are set in Settings, so the AI's brand safety score has something real to check against

Note

Campaign submissions are separate — videos submitted to a campaign always go through that campaign's own Tasks tab for approval, regardless of these switches.
