How creators get paid

You never send a creator a bank transfer or chase an invoice. Here's the whole flow.

The short version

1. You top up your Marketing budget — one balance, in the top bar.
2. Creators earn automatically — storefront commission on sales, campaign payments when you approve their videos, and performance payouts that accrue daily.
3. Socialscale pays them — into each creator's wallet in their Creator Hub. Socialscale is the official payer, so tax paperwork and payment compliance are handled — across countries.
4. You see everything — every payment to every creator, in your Dashboard.

Where creators check their earnings

Their own wallet. When a creator asks "when do I get paid?", point them there — balance and history, without asking you.
