You shouldn't be adding posts by hand every week. Auto-import pulls in every new post a creator publishes — TikTok, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
Steps
- Go to My Creators and open the creator.
- Turn on Auto Import Future Content.
- Optionally click Import Existing Content to also pull in what they've already posted (one-time).
Only want posts about your brand?
By default everything they post comes in. On the same profile you can limit auto-import to posts that mention your brand or products — the rest of their feed stays out.
What happens next
Imported posts keep their live view and engagement numbers, get scored and product-tagged by the AI, and start counting toward that creator's performance.
Pro tip
A creator added manually without a linked social profile has nothing to auto-import from. Add creators by pasting their profile link so the channel connection exists — see How to add creators.
