Requires first

Content/Detail is what you land on when you click into a single post from Content Library — everything the AI Workforce has worked out about that one piece of content, in one place. This article walks through every section on it, top to bottom.

The AI Score breakdown

The same four numbers you see summarized in Content Library get their full context here: Brand Safety, Hook, Product Fit, and Content Quality, each out of 100, each scored by the AI Content Scoring Agent.

What's specific to this page is that scoring isn't a text read of the caption — it's a visual model that watches the video (or looks at the image) directly, then checks that read against Product Center, the creator brief tied to this content's collaboration, and your Brand Guidelines. See AI Content Scoring Agent: how content gets scored for the full mechanism behind these four numbers.

Note

A dash instead of a number means the agent hasn't scored this piece yet, not a zero. New or recently imported content can sit at a dash for a short while before scores populate.

Products (n): what got matched, and why

Below the scores, Products (n) lists every catalog product the Content Tagging Agent matched to this specific piece of content. Each match shown here is the agent having recognized the physical product on screen and confirmed it against that product's reference image and description in Product Center — not just a caption mention. See Content Tagging Agent: how content gets matched to products for how that matching actually works.

If this content is sitting in Review instead of showing a confirmed match, the agent wasn't confident enough to tag it automatically — that's a queue for a human to confirm or correct, not a broken match.

Pro tip

Open the matched product's own page to see the reference image and description the agent compared this content against — see Reading a Product/Detail page. A weak or generic product photo is a common reason a match looks surprising.

The performance row

Just below the product match, you'll see Hook Score, CTR, CPM, CPC — organic and paid performance sitting on the same record instead of two separate ones. CTR/CPM/CPC come from the Ad Agent matching this content to a connected ad account; a dash here just means this specific post isn't currently running as a paid ad, which is normal for organic-only content. See Ad Agent: connecting paid performance to your content for how that matching works.

If this content is running as a paid ad on more than one connected platform at once, those numbers aren't just blended into one row — a per-platform breakdown (Spend, CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS for each of TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Ads individually) sits alongside the blended total. See Ad Agent: connecting paid performance to your content for what that breakdown looks like.

Revenue, Cost, and ROAS

This single post carries its own Revenue, Cost, and ROAS — the same blended calculation used everywhere in Socialscale: Revenue sums ad, storefront, and content-commerce revenue attributed to this exact post; Cost sums collaboration, ad, and any manually added cost tied to it. See Understanding Revenue, Cost, and ROAS for the full formula.

Watch out

Ad Revenue and Ad Cost can appear here even on untagged content, since they come from the Ad Agent matching directly to your ad account — but Storefront and Content Revenue both depend on the product tag above. A post with Ad numbers but no Storefront/Content numbers usually means Products (n) is still empty, not a tracking gap.

Content/Detail doesn't show Revenue per video or Cost per video — those only make sense as an aggregate across many videos, and a single post is already the unit being measured. You'll see per-video figures on Creator/Detail and Product/Detail instead.

Transcript and summary

Underneath the numbers, the Social Commerce Expert Agent adds a transcription of what's said in the video, along with a short AI-written summary and tips. This is the same text the visual model's audio read draws on when checking what's said against the creator brief and Brand Guidelines during scoring.

Where this feeds into

A well-scored, tagged piece of content is what gets pulled into a Website Widget on your own site, and it's the underlying unit that rolls up into Creator/Detail and Product/Detail totals — see Reading a Product/Detail page for the product-side view of the same underlying data.

Workflow playbook

Compare creator and content performance to find your best assets

Treat your creator roster and Content Library like a portfolio — sort by Revenue, Cost, and ROAS to find what's actually worth doubling down on.
