Content Library: folders, review, and AI scores

A tour of where all your tracked content lives — how to organize it, what needs your attention, and how to read the scores next to each post.

Requires first

This unlocks

Content Library is where every piece of content Socialscale tracks ends up — uploaded, imported by link, or auto-imported from a creator's channel (see Auto-Track Your Social Channels). This article is about the library itself: how it's organized and what each piece of information next to a post actually means.

How this connects across Socialscale

Adding content

The Add content menu has four paths in:

  • Upload — a file straight from your device
  • Social media link — paste a public post URL for a one-off import
  • Import from TikTok Ads — pull directly from a connected TikTok ad account
  • Import from Google Drive — browse and import from a connected Drive

Anything a creator posts under Auto Import Future Content on their profile also lands here, without going through this menu at all.

Organizing what comes in

Two tools keep a growing library usable:

  • Folders — manually group content however makes sense for your team (by campaign, by product line, by season)
  • Review — a filtered view of content the Content Tagging Agent wasn't confident enough to tag automatically; this is a queue to clear, not a folder to browse

Pro tip

Check the number next to Review before you check anything else. A library can look perfectly healthy in the main grid while a growing Review queue quietly means a chunk of recent content has no product or creator tag yet.

Reading the AI Score on a post

Every scored post shows four numbers out of 100:

  • Brand Safety — is this safe to associate your brand with
  • Hook — how well the opening seconds/lines earn attention
  • Product Fit — how clearly the content ties to a specific product in your catalog
  • Content Quality — overall structure and clarity

A dash instead of a number means the AI Content Scoring Agent hasn't scored it yet — not a score of zero. Give it time, or check that the agent is Active on Settings → AI Workforce.

Reading the performance row

Below the score, each post shows Hook Score, CTR, CPM, CPC — organic and paid performance living on one record. A dash here means no ad spend has been matched to that piece of content yet by the Ad Agent, which is expected for organic-only posts.

Revenue, Cost, and ROAS

Every post also carries Revenue, Cost, and ROAS — both on the Content/Detail view when you open a single post, and as columns in the Content/Overview grid. This is the same blended calculation used everywhere in Socialscale: Revenue combines ad, storefront, and content-commerce (Shopify/TikTok Shop) revenue attributed to that specific post; Cost combines collaboration, ad, and any manually added cost tied to it. See Understanding Revenue, Cost, and ROAS for the exact formula and what feeds it.

Note

A post with no Products (n) tagged to it can still show Ad Cost and Ad Revenue if it's running as paid media — but it won't show Storefront or Content Revenue, since those both depend on the product tag the Content Tagging Agent adds.

Content, Products, and views

The Products (n) count on each post shows how many catalog products the Content Tagging Agent matched to it. Click Details for the full breakdown (scores, tags, source) or View to open the original content.

Where library content goes next

Scored, tagged content in your library is the raw material for two other features: it's what you pull from when building a Website Widget for your own site, and it's what a creator's storefront performance is measured against.
