Product/Detail is what you land on when you open a single product from Product Center — its catalog data, every piece of content that's featured it, and its own performance. It's also the page worth checking first when a product isn't matching to content the way you'd expect.

The product record itself
At the top: the product's name, image, price, source (Shopify, TikTok Shop, or manually entered), and a short description — the same fields you set up when syncing Product Center. See Sync your product catalog with Product Center for how this data gets in.
This isn't just reference information sitting on a catalog page. The image and description here are the exact reference the Content Tagging Agent compares content against when deciding whether a video shows this product — see Content Tagging Agent: how content gets matched to products for how that visual match actually works.
Pro tip
If this product is consistently under-matching in content — creators clearly feature it, but Products (n) stays low on their posts — check the image here first. A low-resolution or generic stock photo gives the visual model less to confirm a match against than the actual product photography used in creator content.
Content and creators that featured it
Below the product record, you'll see every piece of tracked content the Content Tagging Agent matched to this product, along with which creator posted it. This is the reverse view of Content/Detail's Products (n): there, you see which products a piece of content matched; here, you see which content matched a given product. See Reading a Content/Detail page for the content-side view of the same underlying match.
Note
A product with zero matched content usually means one of two things: it genuinely hasn't been featured yet, or it has been featured but the agent's confidence was too low to auto-tag it — check Review in Content Library before assuming the first.
Ad performance, broken down by platform
If this product has been featured in content that's also running as paid ads, Product/Detail rolls up its ad performance the same way Content/Detail does — and if more than one ad account is connected, it doesn't just blend the numbers into one row. You'll see Spend, CTR, CPM, CPC, and ROAS broken out per platform (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads), next to the blended total across every platform running ads for this product.
See Ad Agent: connecting paid performance to your content for the full breakdown of what this table shows and why a platform can be missing from it.
Commerce data: Shopify and TikTok Shop
If this product is synced from Shopify or TikTok Shop, Product/Detail also shows commerce data specific to that source: Revenue and order count attributed to this product on each connected platform, plus its currently synced price and inventory level as pulled from that platform. If the product is synced from both, each shows its own row.
Note
Price and stock here reflect what's currently synced from the source platform, not a value Socialscale tracks independently — if you update price or inventory in Shopify or TikTok Shop, this updates on the same sync cycle covered in Sync your product catalog with Product Center.
Watch out
This commerce revenue is the same Content Revenue that feeds into the blended Revenue, Cost, and ROAS figures below — it's not additional revenue on top. Think of this section as the platform-level breakdown of where that number came from, not a separate total.
Revenue, Cost, and ROAS
Every product carries its own Revenue, Cost, and ROAS — the same blended formula used everywhere in Socialscale, rolled up to everything tied to this specific product across every creator and every piece of content that's featured it. See Understanding Revenue, Cost, and ROAS for the exact formula.
€162
Revenue per video
€49
Cost per video
Product/Detail also shows Revenue per video and Cost per video — the same totals divided by how many videos featured this product. This is one of the two places (alongside Creator/Detail) where per-video metrics appear; a single piece of content doesn't need them, since it's already the unit being measured.
Pro tip
Product-level ROAS is one of the clearest signals for a catalog decision, not just a content one — a product with heavy creator attention but weak ROAS is worth a pricing or positioning look before you brief more content around it.
Why thin product data shows up here first
Everything on this page depends on the catalog entry actually being complete. A product with just a name and no real image or description will show real gaps: fewer matched pieces of content (the visual model has nothing solid to confirm against), and Revenue/Cost numbers that undercount, since untagged content can't attribute Storefront or Content Revenue back to it. If a product's numbers look thin, this page — not the content — is usually where to look first.
