Requires first

Dashboard is where you'd start a status update to your own manager — the account-wide numbers, not a single creator or campaign. Everything on it can be filtered by time range (All Time, Today, Yesterday, 7D, 30D, 3M, 6M).

Collaborations

The one worth understanding specifically is Attributed Creator GMV — this is gross merchandise value from sales the Socialscale Pixel has actually traced back to a creator, not an estimate of total creator-influenced sales. If your pixel isn't installed yet (see Set Up Your Creator Hub), this number will read as zero regardless of how much creators are actually driving — it's a measurement gap, not a performance gap.

Watch out

Don't read Attributed Creator GMV as "creators drove no sales" if it's at zero. Check pixel installation and your Attribution Window first — a correctly firing pixel with a short window can still under-report real influence on purchases that happened outside the window.

Note

Attributed Creator GMV is storefront sales volume, account-wide. It's a narrower number than the Revenue figure you'll see on individual creators, content, and products — that one also folds in ad revenue and nets against cost to produce ROAS. See Understanding Revenue, Cost, and ROAS if the two numbers don't seem to line up.

The three leaderboards

  • Top Creators by Impressions
  • Top Products by Impressions
  • Top Videos by Impressions
app.socialscale.ai/dashboard

Top Creators — Impressions

@jennierubyjane_tiktok · 21.9M followers
390.9M
@duolingo · 17M followers
66M
@lalalalisa_m_tiktok · 27.9M followers
50.1M

All three are ranked purely by reach, not by conversion or revenue — a video at the top of Top Videos is the most-seen, not necessarily the most profitable. For that, open Content/Overview and sort by ROAS instead (see Understanding Revenue, Cost, and ROAS) rather than assuming your top-impression content is also your best-performing content commercially.

Pro tip

Use Top Products alongside Product Center to spot a gap: a product with high impressions but that isn't showing up in many creator storefronts is a candidate to actively brief creators on, rather than just letting organic mentions carry it.

How this fits your routine

Dashboard is the zoomed-out view; your daily check-in is the zoomed-in one. Use Dashboard weekly or monthly to check overall trend direction, and the daily routine to catch and act on individual pieces of content and creators.
