My Creators is your full roster — everyone who's accepted an invite, signed up through your Creator Hub link, or been added directly. This article is about what you're actually looking at once you open one.
How this connects across Socialscale
Adding creators
Add creators gives you three paths:
- Add manually — enter details yourself for a creator you already know
- Import from social media — paste a creator's profile link and pull their info in
- Invite via link — share your Creator Hub sign-up link for self-serve onboarding (see Set Up Your Creator Hub)
The roster list shows each creator's platform, country, follower count where known, post count, and an overall AI Score.
The creator profile
Open a creator and you'll see:
- Social media overview — engagement rate, followers, and post frequency for that specific channel, with its own "Last updated" timestamp
- AI Score breakdown — the same four dimensions as content (Brand Safety, Hook, Product Fit, Content Quality), rolled up across everything they've posted, with a plain-language note on what's driving each score up or down
- Content library — every tracked post from this creator, in one place
- Revenue, Cost, and ROAS — this creator's blended profitability, rolled up across every piece of content and collaboration tied to them, plus Revenue per video and Cost per video — see Understanding Revenue, Cost, and ROAS for exactly what feeds each number
The same Revenue, Cost, and ROAS also appear as columns on the main My Creators roster (Creator/Overview), so you can compare creators at a glance without opening each profile.

Note
A dash instead of a score (for Brand Safety or Product Fit, for example) means "not enough data yet," not zero. New creators or ones with very little tracked content will show dashes until there's enough activity to score confidently.
The two tracking toggles
Every profile has:
- Auto Import Future Content — pulls new posts in going forward, automatically, scoped to either all content or only posts that mention your brand or products
- Import Existing Content — a one-time backfill of what they've already posted
These are the two mechanisms behind Auto-Track Your Social Channels — worth reading if you haven't already, since which one you use changes whether you're getting a snapshot or an ongoing feed. If you only want a creator's branded content tracked rather than everything they post, see Import Creator Content Only When They Mention You.
Pro tip
Use Share on a creator's profile to send them a link to their own view — useful when a creator asks how their content is performing and you'd rather point them to a live view than screenshot a report.
Manual vs. platform-sourced creators
A creator added manually shows Manual as their source; one imported or signed up through a channel shows the platform (Tiktok, Instagram, etc.). This matters for auto-tracking — a manually added creator with no linked social account has nothing for Auto Import to pull from until a real profile is linked.
