Website Widgets: make your site shoppable

Turn tracked content into a shoppable gallery on your own website — distinct from creator storefronts, and built from your own content library.

Requires first

Website Widgets embed your best tracked content directly on your own website as a shoppable gallery — a different thing from a creator's storefront, which lives on the creator's own bio link and is built around a single creator. A widget is yours, embedded on your site, and can pull from any tracked content.

Two widget styles

Website Widgets → Create widget offers two layouts:

  • Masonry — a Pinterest-style grid, good for a dedicated shoppable feed page or a gallery section
  • Horizontal slider — a scrollable row, good for embedding inline on a product or homepage without taking over the layout

Organizing widgets

  • Libraries — the underlying pools of content a widget can draw from
  • Collections — curated groupings on top of your libraries, for when you want a specific, hand-picked set rather than everything tagged to a product

A widget only shows as many shoppable posts as have both tracked content and a matched product — content without a product tag from the Content Tagging Agent won't appear as shoppable even if it's otherwise a great post.

Note

A newly created widget shows 0 posts, 0 views, 0 clicks until you populate it with content and it goes live. That's expected for a widget you're still setting up, not a tracking failure.

What a widget tracks

Once live, each widget reports its own views and clicks — engagement with the embedded gallery itself, separate from the performance numbers on the underlying content in your library. This tells you whether the widget placement itself is working, independent of how well any single piece of content performs elsewhere.

Pro tip

If a widget is getting views but few clicks, the content mix is probably the issue, not the placement — swap in posts with a higher Hook score from Content Library rather than assuming the widget needs to move elsewhere on the page.

Widgets vs. storefronts, one more time

If what you actually want is for a creator to have their own shoppable page to link from their bio, that's a storefront — created automatically when they join your Creator Hub, not something you build here. Widgets are for your own site.
